- Regular Early Registration : 400,00 €
- Regular Late Registration : 500,00 €
- Early Student Registration : 200,00 €
- Late Student Registration : 300,00 €
All registrations after the 20th September 2023 will be considered on-site registration. Such registration do not include a seat at the conference banquet or some of the elements of the welcome package. For all other registration, we are happy to announce that a single-day Vienna Card will be included in your registration. Benefits include access to public transport, discounts at museums and more (more details are available on their website)
Travel Grants
We are pleased to announce that we will provide travel grants to facilitate student attendance. All applicants are required to be students, and have an accepted paper at the ICVS 23 conference.
Applications will be reviewed on a competitive basis. In order for an award recipient to claim the travel grant, he/she must provide proof of attendance (registration) and of travel (boarding passes and ticket receipt). Instructions regarding the reimbursement process will be provided at a later date.
To complete an application, an applicant is asked to provide:
- Basic information about the applicant;
- Information about his/her accepted ICVS 2023 papers;
- A statement about how attendance at ICVS 2023 will impact the applicant
- Resume/CV of the applicant
